• Alerts: Price and market event alert configurations you create.
• AI Conversations: Messages you send to the AI assistant, along with AI-generated responses. Conversations are stored server-side and retained for up to 90 days.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, models viewed, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.
• Local Storage Data: We store preferences and UI state locally in your browser.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service, including model analysis and signal delivery
• Deliver signal notifications via your selected channels (in-app, email, Discord, Telegram)
• Power the AI assistant with conversation context for continuity across sessions
• Personalize your experience and remember your preferences
• Analyze usage patterns to improve model rankings and Service features
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the AI assistant and API
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access

4. AI Assistant Data

When you use the AI assistant:

• Your messages and AI responses are stored in our database to provide conversation continuity
• Conversations are automatically summarized and older messages pruned when they exceed internal limits
• Conversation data is retained for up to 90 days of inactivity, after which it is automatically deleted
• Your messages may be sent to third-party AI model providers for processing; these providers do not retain your data beyond the request lifecycle
• You can delete your conversation history at any time using the /reset command in the console

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• AI Model Providers: Your AI console messages are sent to third-party language model providers for response generation. These providers process data per-request and do not store it.
• Notification Providers: When you configure notification channels, your Discord webhook URL or Telegram chat ID may be shared with respective services to deliver signal notifications.
• Hosting and Infrastructure: Third parties that help us operate the Service (cloud hosting, database services).
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Authentication tokens are transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

• Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active.
• AI Conversations: Automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity, or immediately upon your request via /reset.
• Subscriptions and Alerts: Retained while active; deleted when you remove them or close your account.
• Server Logs: Standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamps) may be retained by our hosting infrastructure for security and debugging purposes.
