2. Description of Service

Solius Alpha provides cryptocurrency trading model analysis and signal delivery tools, including but not limited to:

• Automated model scanning with performance metrics and rankings
• Model signal subscriptions with notifications (in-app, email, Discord webhook, Telegram)
• Technical indicators, on-chain metrics, and macro data analysis
• An AI assistant for exploring models and market data
• Price and market event alert configuration with notifications (email, push, Telegram)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account via Google authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription limits and feature access may vary based on your account tier.

4. No Financial Advice

Important: The information provided by Solius Alpha is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or any other type of advice. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the information provided by this Service.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance, backtesting results, and model rankings are not indicative of future results.

The AI assistant provides general information and does not offer personalized financial recommendations. AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified.

5. Model Signals and Subscriptions

The Service delivers automated trading signals generated by algorithmic models. You acknowledge that:

• Signals are generated by automated systems and may contain errors
• Signal delivery is not guaranteed — notifications depend on third-party channels (email, Discord, Telegram) that may experience delays or outages
• You are solely responsible for any trading decisions made in response to signals
• Model performance metrics are based on historical backtesting and live tracking, and do not guarantee future performance

6. AI Assistant

The Service includes an AI conversational assistant. By using the AI assistant, you agree that:

• Conversations are stored on our servers to provide continuity and improve the Service
• AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• The AI assistant does not have access to your trading accounts or execute trades on your behalf
• You will not submit sensitive personal information (passwords, financial account numbers) through the AI console

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Abuse the AI assistant with excessive requests or attempts to extract harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Solius Alpha and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Model algorithms, ranking methodologies, and proprietary indicators are trade secrets of Solius Alpha.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services and data providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of third-party data.

• Charts are powered by TradingView Lightweight Charts library
• AI assistant is powered by third-party language model providers
• Market data is sourced from cryptocurrency exchanges and on-chain data providers

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solius Alpha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service, reliance on model signals, or AI assistant responses.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that signals will be delivered on time or that model performance will match historical results.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your subscription data and AI conversation history will be deleted.
